Aboriginal Education

Simon Wison is our Aboriginal Community Education Officer (ACEO).

Simon is a proud Worimi, Kamilaroi man from NSW and has been living and working on Kaurna Country for 20 years. Simon has a wealth of experience related to the ACEO role and has won awards from the Dept for Education for outstanding service to Aboriginal education. His strengths are building positive relationships with our First Nations families and supporting and delivering cultural events and activities to our whole school community. Simon also is a successful musician and soccer coach and delivers the annual and very creative “Colours of Country” First Nations Art Exhibition for the City of Onkaparinga.
